Included within this module is our Email Builder feature, to enable simple and easy communications to individual members, groups of members (eg: all female members) and to all members in bulk email messages and/or easy to create newsletters. 
Tee Sheets & Online BookingsThe ClubNet tee sheet module for golf clubs is perhaps the most advanced system available today. It allows a golf club manager to fully control their tee time inventory, reserving times for members’ competitions, members’ casual golf, for societies and other groups of visitors and offer as many tee times as they wish to visitors to book and pay their green fees.
Greenkeeper AppThe ClubNet Greenkeeper App is a fantastic tool for a modern Course Manager, as it provides a detailed 3D visualisation of your golf course, with all its features (greens, tees, fairways, bunkers) accurately mapped and located, and all available from your smartphone or tablet from anywhere.
Bar & Restaurant EPOSThe ClubNet Bar and Restaurant EPOS (electronic point of sale) system is perfect for club bar and restaurant operations. Design your own till layouts, add and remove menu or drinks items, change prices as required, all of this can be done quickly and easily.
There is also a built-in table numbering system, and you can arrange and join tables as many times as you like, perfect for when members join tables together for a drink together. Bar tabs can be split to multiple members and posted to members’ bar purses or can be paid at the till. This module also include a stock control feature if you undertake your own regular stock checks. |
ClubNet AppThe ClubNet App is the perfect way for a member to engage with their Club, as it can be downloaded onto almost every type of smartphone (both Apple and Android). By logging into their ClubNet App, a member will be able to communicate with the club, book golf tee times, order from the pro shop, enter competitions and even update their own personal profile information.
The ClubNet App also allows the Club to communicate to App users via unlimited push notifications, getting important messages out quickly. Other features of the ClubNet App include the inclusion of our 3D course graphics and GPS measuring, of great interest to visitors and members. 
Live ScoringA great feature for those golf clubs that have a very competitive membership. Follow the scores of both strokeplay and matchplay competitions live from your ClubNet App. This service can be offered at an additional cost to visiting golf societies and event organisers, to enhance their day and make their event more memorable.
Website BuilderBuild your own website with the ClubNet website builder module, or we can transfer your existing website across to our platform for a modest one-off fee. Once built, your website can be updated simply and quickly using this module, and it is so easy to drop into the page photos, text, graphics, charts or links – simplicity itself. Adding extra pages, news items or additional information is a simple task.
ReportsWith a large number of pre-loaded standard reports, producing the one you want is very simple and quick. But if there is a specific report that you need that is not there, we will discuss your requirements with you and we will then build the report for you at no additional cost, as it will then be listed and available for other clubs to use if they wish, adding to the flexibility of the system.
